Job Title: Analyst – Product Data Quality

Division: Operations, North America Supply Chain Data Center of Excellence (CoE)

What You Will Learn:

This is a hybrid role within the L’Oreal North America Center of Excellence (CoE).  Responsible for the support of quality and management of product master data within L’Oreal North America’s Center of Excellence (CoE).

  • Catalog Management:  Manage the product code creation, routing, approval, and activation processes for an assigned brand or category within LUSA
  • Analyze master data quality errors in PowerBI and proactively engage data stewards and business stakeholders on their prompt resolution across all divisions
  • Coordinate, validate, and execute mass data updates and loads using various data management tools in DPM, Elixpedia, and SAP for all divisions
  • Assist in the CoE’s SCCM process, including incident routing and escalation
  • Assist with data quality projects as needed
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with various departments and functions within the organization, including IT, marketing, transportation, brand management, finance, and packaging
  • Working knowledge of data quality, cleansing, and integration concepts
  • Knowledge of all aspects of the supply chain process
  • Manage product data for an assigned brand or category (50%), Monitor data quality and resolve issues (30%), Cross-collaboration with stakeholders and business partners (10%)


What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:   

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant business experience
  • Proficient on Microsoft Suite, with a focus on Excel
  • Must be able to work in Clark, NJ and occasionally (avg 2 times a month) travel to New York or Berkeley Heights offices- could change upon requests / projects.
