Mission:
- Define the ideal Luxe division online trade marketing planning and lead the brand trade budget allocation on online business drivers
- Develop plans, KPIs and targets for key online sales partners based on their positioning, value proposition, consumer experience and insights, based on sell-out data, key learnings, retailers intelligence (where available) and customer knowledge
- Define and implement activations on eRetailers & Online Pure Players in collaboration with cross functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance, sales, digital&crm), in close collaboration with brand teams
- Create an engaging 360° online customer experience by partnering with Brand Activation Managers
- Negotiate the L'Oréal Luxe activation plan with reference online customers, consolidating and guiding the trade plans and exclusive projects envisaged by the brands
- Establish a long-term strategic relationship with eRetailers & PPOs by collaborating with KAM on eJBP definition
- Identify new e-commerce trends, business growth opportunities and implement action plans and/or product proposals for eRetail partners and prospects
- Work in synergy with digital to improve sales performance through media investments to guarantee the right level of ROI
- Monitor eCommerce KPIs and share insights with commercial and trade teams
- Coordinate stakeholders at an international level and ensure the constant and proactive coordination and updating of the information flow towards the brand activators and the commercial team
- +2 years of commercial experience recommended in complex/matrix structures
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
