KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Implement operational guidelines KPI to all customers store and have clear tracking schedule and reporting.
• Help to Improve in-store execution process and staffs’ productivity
• Qualitative and quantitative of merchandising vs marketing plan
• Periodically checking stock inventory and sell-out in assigned stores
• Consistently updating the relevant departments on the latest activities from competitors in stores
• Provide coaching and guidance to the team and ensure all operation guidelines are being covered
• Continuously improving the team and ensuring that the team is working with committed spirit

REQUIREMENTS:

• This position requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales operations in Modern Trade channel, preferably in FMCG or Retail industry
• Good communication skills (both English & Vietnamese)
• Fluent exposure using MS Office (word, excel, ppt)
• Solid execution and implementation skills of channel & key account management
