In the department of Fragrance Design & Scent Sciences, we are looking for a Fragrance Olfactive Marketing Manager.

Type of contract : Permanent Contract

Location : Levallois - Seine 62 (regular visits to Chevilly and Saint Ouen)

Start date : July 1st

As a Fragrance Olfactive Marketing Manager, your main responsibilities are: 

  • Coordinate & deploy fragrance market competitive intelligence cross category (beauty care & fine fragrance) in close collaboration with fragrance creation teams in mature & emerging countries
  • Build & communicate fragrance thematic strategic analysis [market sizing, olfactive insights, communication 360° analysis (RSE, events, digital & retail communication, storytelling, claims analysis…)] to unlock strong value opportunities & recommendations for consumers & fragrance business
  • Drive the communication & activation of fragrance strategic insights to inspire & support fragrance creation teams, scientific valorization, and marketing teams on transforming insights into unique scents & stories, with the ambition to be pioneer on the future of fragrance market
  • Contribute to develop and deploy fragrance & ingredient communication assets (texts and visuals) & internal culture to enable fragrance & marketing teams to build unique aspirational communication & “story smelling” on launches
  • Contribute to develop fragrance métier communication assets and support communication on programs & events, in order to valorize our group & teams expertise and creation excellence from ingredients to fragrances

To succeed in this position, you have: 

  • +10 years of experience in the fragrance Industry and/or Business.
  • Strong analytic skills (qualitative & quantitative information) combined with storyteller talent
  • Consumer centricity, questions & think from consumer’s perspective, seeks to create high consumer value
  • Advanced level of communication skills, powerful insights presentations, high sense of esthetics, impactful & strategic oral communication to wide audience & top management
  •  Excellent ability of cooperation & interacts efficiently with coworkers & manager, as well as partners in fragrance houses, and communication agencies.
  • Ability to work in a complex, international & multidisciplinary environment
  • English business level
