Summary

The Manager, HR Communications will support the Director of HR Communications to effectively communicate HR messages within the HR department, from the HR function to U.S. employees, and externally to prospective candidates. This candidate will be responsible for managing internal HR communications channels as well as partnering with various stakeholders across the function to communicate HR content in a timely and effective manner.

Responsibilities including, but not limited to, the following:

  • Serve as primary point of contact for HR partners seeking to communicate messages to the organization – both within HR and across the company; provide strategic guidance to ensure messages are accurate, clear, and communicated effectively
  • Write, prepare and distribute communications including memos, calendar invitations, organizational announcements and LinkedIn posts
  • Oversee HR page on company intranet and partner with key stakeholders to populate relevant content
  • Maintain master HR communications calendar inclusive of department communications as well as external speaking engagements and media opportunities
  • Research and compile HR industry trends
  • Support with coordinating HR Town Halls and other function-wide meetings
  • Partner with Corporate Communications on inclusion of HR messages on company-wide communications channels
  • Collaborate with broader HR partners to effectively communicate messages across internal channels to our employees

Education and Experience

  • 5-8 years professional experience in communications (HR Experience a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferred in Communications, Journalism or Public Relations
  • Experience working on intranet sites is preferred but not required
