Join our AFP team in the capacity of an Accounting Lead

During that tremendous journey the Affaire Produits (AFP) Team we will work closely with our 4 divisions to find the best way to make theirs processes as harmonized as possible, to get NEO smoothly adopted, to Go Live in January 2024.


HERE’S HOW YOU WILL HAVE A ROLE TO PLAY IN IT:

In the frame of NEO deployment throughout L’Oréal Group Entities, the Record To Report (R2R) Lead is an expert on his/her domain from processes to application (R2R is the NEO business process with the most of finance focus)

Within his/her scope (AFP) he/she is interacting with end users to provide them with training, coaching and support on NEO Solution. He might participate to local requirements identification and assessment.

Essential role of Accounting Manager is to provide a link between NEO teams and Accounting shared service centers (France and Spain) key users and drive necessary changes in the processes and roles and responsibilities within shared service centers.


MAIN MISSIONS ON THE JOB

  • Ensure the alignment between R2R global team and Finance management of Global Divisions headquarters and International distribution centers (AFP entities)
    • Regular alignment with NEO Métier Leads, Global and & Local R2R community
    • Regular exchange with R2R business stakeholders to facilitate roadmaps, priorities and dependencies alignment
  • Assess template deviation requests related to R2R processes
    • Prepare arbitrations for relevant decision committees 
  • Support & control the overall deployment of the new R2R processes 
    • Support implementation of R2R processes in coordination with Readiness NEO Team, Project management office and business teams from Global Divisions.
    • Support deployments progress regarding R2R processes
  • Contribute to all required change management actions for R2R in France, in coordination with the NEO Head of Change Management and NEO France HR/Change Lead
    • Change agent for R2R stakeholders in Global Divisions


THE SKILLS THAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Strong accounting background that supports analytical skills
  • Has a good knowledge of Tax and Accounting French legislation
  • Knows how to deal with complexity and multiple stakeholders management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Driven and prepared to take a hands-on and pro-active approach
  • Demonstrates sound judgment, high level of initiative and resourcefulness

  • Demonstrates indirect management skills and provides guidance and direction to his/her main stakeholders
  • Able to ensure completion of multiple tasks against tight deadlines through priorization and efficient delegation.
