Your mission…
In October 2022, PPD said goodbye to our old CRM system and upgraded to the industry leading, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). It's been a wild ride since then and we've implemented all sorts of cool new features. We used to only send emails, but now we're all about that full-fledged omnichannel life.
As a B2B CRM Campaign Specialist in the Professional Products Division, you'll be the mastermind behind localized customer life cycle initiatives and ad-hoc campaigns by getting hands-on with SFMC. You'll be the glue that holds our sustainable, long-term customer relationships together, all while aligning with our marketing, education, and commercial strategies. You will...
- Orchestrate and own B2B CRM send-out plan across all Nordic markets for LPS and other applicable platforms.
- Manage brief input for CRM channels from different functions.
- Be responsible for setting up both adhoc campaigns and customer life cycle communication for all markets in Sales Force Marketing Cloud.
- Support with CRM asset translations to ensure relevant communication to all customers.
- Supporting the collection & segmentation of our stylist data.
- Co-define and drive relevant content and communication to drive incremental revenue with Sr. B2B CRM Manager.
- Drive campaign engagement and share emerging insights with different functions to support in CRM upskilling.
- Build effective and strong relationships with stakeholders in the organization, influencing and promoting data driven approaches.
- Extract and analyze B2B customer data to support and advise on data-driven decisions for B2B segmentation as well as maintain and share standard reporting.
- Co-own A/B test backlog with Sr. B2B CRM Manager
- Aid our B2C colleagues with development of newsletters (with agency, 1-2 per month).
- Collaborate with LPS team including Digital platform manager on platform evolutions and incident reporting.
You profile...
- Preferable at least 1-2 years of experience within a relevant field, with experience in one or more of the following topics: CRM, digital project management and or performance marketing. However, the most important thing is that you are tech-savvy and have the capabilities to learn.
- Positive mindset with creative problem-solving skills.
- Thriving to be in the intersection between technology and business.
- Be ok with routine work and still maintain a high level of attention to detail.
- Understanding of what it takes to drive CRM strategies, database growth, digital engagement, loyalty in an omnichannel setup.
- Highly analytical skills
- You have the ability to digest data and translate it into clear, meaningful, and actionable insights
- You are digital savvy, with a strong interest for marketing technology, as well as either knowledge of or an interest to learn about relational databases, SQL, HTML and AMPscript.
- Salesforce experience is seen as advantage (but we will upskill if you don’t know the platform).
- You have strong project management skills and are highly organized with excellent teamwork skills, working closely with a large group of stakeholders.
- Excellent creative, verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in one of the Nordic languages is seen as an advantage.
