Key Job Accountabilities:

Mission: Define category strategy by key channels, provide category management solutions and generate trade specific activations leveraging the retailers’ calendar

  • Lead and implement retail store strategic development projects and events e.g. SIS, concept stores, category solutions, roadshow events,  etc.
  • Take lead in the retailer programs and zone events at specific channels (i.e. Global and locally initiated channel campaigns / sales activations, etc.. )
  • Define the channel category strategies with Key Account team and provide selling stories on category management projects for all categories related to distribution, shelving and  pilot merchandising solutions
  • Solidify the KA CRM collaborations and develop respective strategies and activations by trade for recruit and retentions.
  • Represent and consolidate the O+O activation calendars for all trades and work closely with the Brand team and digital team to plan and implement by-trade sales activations leveraging the brand IMC, media and launch plan.
  • Manage budget and ROI for the respective activations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in trade marketing, category management or key account management; FMCG or beauty industries preferred
  • Strong drive to strive for excellence, flexible, creative with high learning agility
  • Analytical and sensitive to numbers, good business acumen
  • Excellent coordination and collaborative skills to work with different functional teams
  • Motivated and self-driven, able to work under pressure
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
