RESPONSIBILITIES:

Within t he Skincare Business Unit, the MERCHANDISING & VISUAL PROJECT MANAGER will be in charge of implementing brands merchandising & image guidelines to ensure perfect execution & retail excellence for his/her brand portfolio : Biotherm, Helena Rubinstein

Main missions

  • by implementing all merchandising/visual elements in line with the brand guidelines, with respect of timing, budget and brands DNA 
  • : work closely with retail designers to ensure installation of merchandising & visuals
  • : ensure impactful brand priorities on POS via staging visual, merchandising and planogram, manage, design and develop local production of POSM when needed.
  • : help implementing the 360° of the animation in collaboration with the product manager, the experience manager and retail designer to produce all the assets and coordinate the production and installation
  • Point of contact for the field
  • Integrate sustainability in all its actions (production of PLV, visual printing etc)
  • Responsible for the shop & visual databases accuracy

Through his/her missions in the marketing team, the MERCHANDISING & VISUAL PROJECT MANAGER will work hand in hand with:

  • to define visual strategy, POSM needs and animation 360
  • for shop openings and refits
  • for product launches & events
  • as their main point of contact for all merchandising / visual related questions
  • for guidelines (visuals, planograms, new developments)

He / she will report to the Experience Manager.

    • Autonomous, creative & pro-active
    • Ability to monitor his / her budget
    • PowerPoint, Excel. Sketchup / Photoshop is a plus
    • Fluent French and English
