Answering to the Fragrance Category Manager

Job description

• In charge of Fine Fragrance & Beauty Care Fragrances category
• Ensure the development of new fragrances in collaboration with R&I Fragrance creation teams, development teams and Fragrance Houses -->  best quality at the good price
• Negotiate the best economic conditions with Fragrance houses: open formulas, scent value (value analysis), deals creation, existing portfolio opportunities identification
• Build and update the worldwide Fragrance benchmark for exception, prestige, masstige & beauty care categories
• Drive and animate the fragrance category with DMI, development, brand manager in collaboration with R&I
• Contribute to the Fragrance strategy definition and implementation
• PPV management: budget, trend, S80

• Commercial or engineer profile with a purchasing master degree
• Interest for Fragrance passionate world
• Knowledge of Luxury division is a plus but not mandatory
• Fluent in English
• Mastering Microsoft Office pack
