In this role, this could be your next day-to-day:
- Delivers one or more services from the "service catalog" or by special request and manages the service delivered to the customer throughout its life cycle.
- Works in an Excellence-IT delivery approach to serve the business
- Guarantees the quality of service of the Public Cloud Line for all CSP's: Leads the MSP/CSP Expert operations partners, ensuring that customer commitments are met.
- Oversees new technology and infrastructure requests and verifies that the functional needs covered by the proposed solutions are not already covered within the framework of the system's overall consistency.
- Optimizes the development and performance of systems and technological resources through the various partners in a proactive approach aimed at ensuring the stability of applications and infrastructures and avoiding any potential service interruption.
- Ensures the deployment and monitoring by the various partners of the best practices defined by the security teams on the infrastructures.
- Defines and manages the support services and supervises their operation in compliance with the defined standards
- Defines and evolves KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), metrics and SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and evaluates the results.
- Communicates and reports on managed services through Dashboards presented via the appropriate committees (Weekly, Monthly).
- Coordinates the various experts required to manage P1, P2 incidents
- Manages the hierarchy of intervention procedures, crises and exceptional situations and defines emergency action plans
- Identify new requirements and update Service Requests to make them available to the customer.
- Develops and maintains an effective relationship and dialogue with internal users and/or suppliers
- Reviews documents and templates describing products, services and components to achieve the required level of compliance in the corresponding documentation; verifies their validity and currency and ensures that functions and features are appropriately documented.
- Ensures consistency in the support services provided to users through the standardization of delivery processes.
