Corporate Social Media Manager (LinkedIn) - 8 months assignment

Missions:
 
1.     Leverage LinkedIn platform expertise to create and post best in class corporate social media campaigns:
  • Plan, anticipate and follow up on content needs to ensure on time content delivery 
  • Partner with multiple internal stakeholders to create or source impactful organic & paid content 
  • Ensure that sourced/created visual content is aligned on the platform best practices and audience expectations
  • Write impactful captions in English respecting the platform best practices
2.      Own the operational management of the corporate Linkedin page (+4M followers) 
  • Daily posts publication and countries post approvals
  • Reporting and social media performance monitoring 
  • Keeping all the page sections up to date and relevance
  • Social media and opportunity watch (benchmark, trends, comms opportunities...)
  • Go to person for every LinkedIn-related question in the Group.
4. Develop our Social Leadership Program on LinkedIn :
  • Equip L’Oréal Leadership communications teams with tools and guidelines to optimize Executive Committee footprint on LinkedIn
  • Evangelize L’Oréal entities’ leadership teams and deliver LinkedIn ambassadors workshops and trainings 
  • Ensure program management, follow ups and reporting
5. Contribute to the planning and execution of our strategy on social:
  • Ensure the interim on the newly launch always on paid media program on our 4 strategic audience groups (own the project management, actively partner on content definition and production, manage partners such as creative and media agencies, report on performance, etc.)
  • Actively contribute to the success of other 2023 paid campaigns
  • Support project coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners 
  • Bring platform expertise and audience centricity to all LinkedIn related projects
Key Skills
  • Perfect English writing skills, native English or total fluency is a must 
  • Digital & Social Media knowledge with a strong focus on LinkedIn 
  • Strong project management skills in a complex organization
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Self-starter able to deliver within tight timelines 
  • Responsive to corporate topics
  • Good sense of initiative
