Reporting directly to the Demand & Supply Manager, the resource will be placed within the Supply Chain team of the Professional Products Division.

Key Activities and Responsibilities:

• Manage the quality of sales forecasts.

• Manage the overall process of monthly and weekly sales forecasts

• Build the sales forecast baseline

• Animate the construction and review of promo and launches together with the sales and marketing teams

• Ensure overall consistency of sales forecasts by building consensus between business forecasts, financial performance and sales history

• Contribute to the optimization of the forecasting process and tools, investigating opportunities deriving from multi-channel logics (online&offline, sell-out, etc.)

• Contribute to the construction of the Budget or the trend of the reference brands, through the correct execution of the process forecast.

• Contribute to the optimization of the catalog Requirements and Skills

Requirements:

• 1/2 years of experience in Operations (preferably in Supply & Demand) or Business field.

• University education and/or Masters. • Fluency in English. • Strong motivation to achieve business goals.

• Outstanding analytical and organizational skills.

• Attitude for interpersonal relationships and negotiation skills.

• Excellent knowledge of tools such as SAP R3 and Microsoft Office.
