-        Deliver IT solution for data governance practice to ensure standardized data and high data quality in the end to end data flow

Report To :

IT senior manager-data governance and master data

Experience / Skills:

Technical expertise

·       Excellent with tools like (while not limited to) SQL, ETL, etc.

·       Familiar with the concept of master data, data lineage, metadata, data quality, database

·       Experience in data related project, data modeling or data architecture design is a must

·       Experience in implementing or operating data governance tool or dealing with data governance framework e.g. drive data ownership, is a plus

·       Experience in FMCG or retail industry, is a plus

·       Experience in Azure Databricks, ADF, App Service, etc., is a plus

Analytical abilities

·       Ability to translate business needs to technical requirements

·       Ability to translate technical script to business language

Interpersonal skills

·       Good communication skills: ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical audience

·       Good English writing and speaking ability

Problem-solving skills

·       A critical thinker who can troubleshoot and solve problems

Prioritization & Planning

·       Good prioritization and time management skills, well organized and structured

• Working with data steward and IT system owner for data lineage and KPI logic analysis, glossary alignment, data model design and implement, and other data governance practice
