Before starting … How do our recruitment process look like?

1°/ After applying to the offer by filling in your CV information

2°/ If your CV is selected, you will be invited for an Exploratory Recruitment Interview (individual one). The recruiter you will meet with will be getting to know you better, understand who you are and what are your professional aspirations.

3°/ Finally, if the exploratory interview is positive, you will get an interview with the HRBP! If you are successful, then you will be invited for an interview with the hiring manager.

We´re looking for the next

Guarantees the knowledge and application of the Distribution Quality System in the facilities as well as in the suppliers through training, communication, auditing and dissemination of documentation.

-Ensures the efficiency of the Distribution Quality System.

-Guarantees and controls compliance with Quality requirements through the implementation and monitoring of indicators, the execution of cause analysis and improvement projects, as well as the planning and performance of audits.

- Ensures the start-up and traceability of the finished product during the logistics process in your area.

-Guarantees the operations of blocking and tracking of defective products

-Ensure compliance with quality standards in the execution of operations associated with the stock of finished product of the facility

-Guarantees that changes to customer specifications are updated and controlled.

-Promotes the development of your team through skill matrices and training plans.

-Manages the investment and improvement projects of the Power Plant, guaranteeing compliance with the authorized budget

-Guarantees the training plan and acts as an internal instructor of quality and operational excellence.

Knowledge and application of quality control techniques (sampling and control tests)

Knowledge and application of improvement tools, root cause analysis and decision making

Robust knowledge in documentary control

Intermediate English - Advanced

Lead Auditor Certification in Management Systems

Green / Black Belt Certification

Knowledge of Mexican and international regulations

Management of SAP
