As Area Sales manager Leader, your main responsibility is to define and implement a medical visit strategy to increase brand prescriptions by healthcare professionals and sell-outs. 
You will manage and develop medical field representatives, area sales managers, and business analysts.

Duties & Responsibilities:

A) Defines medical visit strategy in line with division/brand strategy
  • Analyzes prescription potential of targets and the competitive, medical, and regulatory environment
  • Defines targets, their coverage, and visit frequency
  • Devises action plans, budgets, and giveaways (promotional items and samples) and validates medical visit tools
  • Pilots performance based on criteria of prescriptions/recommendations and sales and analyzes Return On Investment (ROI)
  • Exposed to interaction with the zone team and counterparts from another country
B) Organizes, drives, and coaches the Area managers and medical representative community
  • Defines both network and field structure, ensuring optimal field team structure and size
  • Defines individual qualitative and quantitative objectives
  • Implements and pilots the reward system for field teams
  • Travel to Bratislava and Budapest once a month
C) Guarantees the excellence and professionalization of medical detailing
  • Makes sure the field team has the required digital tools and competencies to engage with HCPs through all relevant channels (digital and face-to-face)
  • Implements and guarantees the use of monitoring tools of CRM/CLM platform activity
  • Ensures both initial and ongoing team training (environment, pathologies, products, communication techniques) and their assessment is carried out

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of previous work experience in a medical/commercial position
  • Native Czech/ Slovak or Hungarian language, fluent in The English language
  • Business driven and result-oriented, with highly-developed analytical skills
  • Managerial skills and experience in leading a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • High willingness to travel- one per month to Bratislava and Budapest
