My role:
I lead and manage all omnichannel market sell-out & insights projects. I mix and integrate division trends and provide a total, holistic HUB (CZSKHU) view on beauty sell-out developments, across channels and categories. Deep diving into O+O growth and areas such as eCommerce to identify growth acceleration drivers. I work closely with external agencies (IRI, Nielsen) and business development teams within Divisions.

Responsibilities:
  • Be a sparring partner across divisions for omnichannel market understanding
  • Total market consolidations of industry sell-out trends (Beauty Market Sell-out, Category channel pie's)
  • Benchmark market trends vs L'Oréal performance
  • Monthly beauty sell-out monitor: spot recovery, channel migration, category accelerations
  • HUB (CZSKHU) macro synthesis: economic KPI's, socio-demo, retailer landscape, tourism, FMCG
  • Setup cross country panel integration (IRI, Nielsen), set up new HUB reporting
  • Manage and guard servicing agreement (SLA) of panel suppliers, challenge partners
  • Improve E-commerce sell-out understanding and reporting with the data team
  • Adopt new tools (GCP, Power BI) for easier, atomized synthesis of market trends.
  • Generate relevant shopper and retailer insights together with CMI Insights Manager to boost omnichannel clients plans
  • E-commerce shopper understanding
  • Support new initiatives (e.g. PPD salon sell-out) 

 Professional and technical competencies:

  • Local Market, retailer spectrum in-depth knowledge
  • Sell-out data, data integration techniques
  • Data trend spotting
  • Power BI
  • Excel and basic programming skills (GCP, SQL as advantage
Requirements:
  • Native knowledge of Czech language, strong knowledge og English
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in market and consumer intelligence within retail/consumer industries
  • Excellent numerical and analytical sense
  • A business partner to management; ability to influence and make impact 
  • Motivated and a self-starter
