and growth opportunities. Our mission is to transform market, consumer/patient, and Health Care Professional

(HCP) data into actionable intelligence, empowering LDB business leaders by: 1) anticipating market trends

and mapping growth opportunities, 2) anticipating consumer behaviors and unmet needs, 3) identifying key

patient/HCP insights that establish our medical leadership, and 4) leading the Prospective lenses for the

division to architect the future of medical beauty.

About the Role

We are seeking for an insights-passionate, data and data-viz expert with a solid leadership profile to co-craft

and co-deliver the Market Insights and Growth Opportunities roadmap for LDB division. This position works in

close collaboration with Business Development teams (at LDB Div level and in the different DMIs), but also with

DMIs (Marketing) and Finances. This team is also responsible for the market insights that feed the M&A division

work and the exploration of new territories.

We are looking for a Data-savvy profile, mastering technical skills such as (truly) Advanced Excel, Power BI

and a clear above-average AI adoption, as he/she will act as a champion or co-champion for the Data/AI

transformation of our CMI team.

Also, this team and this person will be responsible for Digital & Social Insights for LDB Division, encompassing

the leadership of TalkWalker/Spate tools for the division (the responsibility to keep it always-updated, ie. data

maintenance), strong partnership and collaboration with CDMO teams, and the actual delivery of Social

Insights reports and its activation within the DMIs.

Crucially, this is not a back-office technical role. It is a high-visibility, business-centric position requiring a

"healthy provoking" attitude to challenge the status quo and drive tangible impact.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Market & Business Intelligence for LDB (~60% of role)

o Drive the Strategic Roadmap: Be instrumental in structuring market and competitive insights that

lies in translating complex analyses into tangible business impact. The leader will actively engage

with diverse business stakeholders, leveraging his/her strong storytelling abilities to present clear,

actionable recommendations.

o M&A & Brand Scouting: Act as a key partner for M&A teams, providing the "intelligence engine" for

combined with a genuine passion for AI. This individual will serve as the crucial bridge, translating

CMI's business needs into actionable data requirements, and leading effective collaboration with

both internal (e.g., Corporate Data & AI teams, IT teams) and external data experts to implement

robust, scalable solutions that empower the entire CMI team for the AI-enabled era.

o Logically as per the above, this role will act as a significant AI/data catalyst for the team,

continuously scouting and piloting new and innovative AI-leveraging approaches and tools

specifically adapted to advance the CMI métier.

o LDB champion for social data and insights tools (Spate, Talkwalker), responsible for maintaining

these tools “always-updated” and “LDB-fit”.

o Produce Digital and Social Insights in partnership with CDMO (Division and Corporate), leveraging

all available data sources (beyond Talkwalker), in autonomy for simpler/daily analysis and requests

and to work collaboratively with external partners specialized in social insights for more complex

projects.

o Insights Activation: ensure social signals don’t stay in reports – land them within the DMIs to impact

real-time business decisions.

3. Exploration / evaluation / validation / acquisition of Market Data sources (~10% of role)

o Curiosity: Maintain an "always-on" scouting mode for new data sources and insights in emerging /

prospective territories (Aesthetics, devices, Med-Tech, Drugs, new business models).

new data acquisition strategies, ensuring full integration into our insights engine.
