What you’ll do:

  • Formulate and implement digital marketing strategies and plans to build brand awareness, drive traffic and conversion, and to achieve business targets
  • Work closely with internal teams and agencies to launch integrated & data-driven marketing communications campaigns, plan, prioritize & optimize media strategy & investment, ensuing cross-media efficiency and sales goals delivery
  • Provide close tracking of results, actionable recommendations via providing clear brief & identify opportunities with agency partners 
  • Create and execute campaigns via content development, social media activities, paid digital media, KOL management, SEO/SEM, etc. with brand standard and deliver quality digital experiences to drive customer engagement and campaign performances
  • Serve as a platform expert across established and developing digital media channels with the ability to advise direct reports on targeting capabilities, creative formats, and buying methods
  • Explore new and effective digital marketing channels / tools for advertising & promotion opportunities
  • Owned data: Website & CRM: deploy a targeted contact & service strategy, mapping 1P to  digital media for relevancy, analyze data to provide insights for campaigns and tracking
  • Embrace beauty tech and employ to omnichannel 
  • Analyze and apply industry trends, performance data, and other resources to inform strategies, audience development, test & learn opportunities, optimizations, and measurement frameworks
  • Create and communicate guidelines for implementation, processes & tools, templates, partnership. Define and implement the proper KPIs, coordinate the appropriate deployment: educate, pilot, measure, share and form best practices across brands in CPD 
  • Help the Information systems and technology enablement processes: Appropriate technologies, platforms

Who we are looking for:

  • 6+ years of experience in media planning (ideally in agency + in-house) 
  • Ability to influence and engage with multiple stakeholders with insights and strategies  
  • Good communication and presentation skills to explain complex information internally/externally 
  • Excellent project management ability – from planning, follow through and evaluation 
  • Driven and agile mindset  
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
