Within the BI team, reporting directly to the Senior Business Analyst of the ACD division, we are looking for a Business Analyst who will be responsible for supporting the business in the strategic choices of the Division with an analytical and proactive approach.

Activities and Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Commercial Director in defining the brand budget, animations and commercial conditions.

- Support the Commercial Director in the construction and monitoring of the upper part of the income statement (managing channel mix and category mix).

- Prepare with the Commercial Director the proposals for large customers and the related promo plans (both back office and front line)

- Ensure a constant monitoring system of planned activities by quickly assessing when corrective actions are required

- Structuring sell-in and sell-out analyzes to support the Sales team

- Defining summary reports to support decision making, ensuring data quality and correctness

- Close collaboration with the Area Managers and the Sales Force in order to guarantee the expected results

- Support the Director of Medical Information in setting goals for the Medical Representative Network and monitoring progress

Requirements and Skills:

- Previous work experience of at least 1 year in the Sales Analyst/Finance area

- Analytical skills, business sensitivity

- Management of complexity and strong relational attitude

- Excellent command of the Office package, in particular of Excel, PowerBi, Power Point. Knowledge of SAP and BW/BOOST systems will be considered preferential requirements.
